These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the nusagg platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any wagers.

Important Notice: By accessing, registering on, or placing wagers through the nusagg platform (accessible at nusagg.cam), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease using the platform.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:
To open an Account and use the Services on nusagg, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:
Indonesia Notice: nusagg is aware that Indonesia's Public Gambling Act of 1867 predates online betting and presents legal ambiguity regarding offshore platforms. Players who are residents of Indonesia assume full personal responsibility for their compliance with applicable local laws. nusagg does not provide legal advice to Players.
Each Player is permitted to hold one Account only. Opening duplicate, multiple, or secondary accounts is strictly prohibited. If nusagg discovers that a Player holds more than one Account, nusagg reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any Wagers placed from those accounts, and forfeit any outstanding Balances.
You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and phone number. You are responsible for keeping your registration details current. nusagg will not be liable for any losses or delays arising from inaccurate information provided by you.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. You must notify nusagg immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. nusagg shall not be liable for losses resulting from a Player's failure to secure their credentials.
You may request account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any pending Wagers will be settled in accordance with the applicable game rules, and any remaining real-money Balance will be refunded to your verified payment method within five (5) business days. Bonus Funds are non-refundable upon voluntary closure.
nusagg operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme in accordance with its international licensing obligations and responsible gaming commitments. Completion of KYC is required before any withdrawal may be processed.
Standard KYC verification is completed within one (1) to twenty-four (24) hours of document submission during our operating hours (08:00–24:00 WIB). Enhanced due-diligence checks for large withdrawals may take up to 72 hours. You will be notified by email upon completion.
If you are unable to complete KYC verification to nusagg's satisfaction — for example, due to documents appearing fraudulent, expired, or inconsistent with your registration details — nusagg reserves the right to freeze your Account, suspend withdrawals, and, where fraud is suspected, report the matter to relevant authorities and retain any Balance pending investigation.
nusagg accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR/Rp).
nusagg maintains strict anti-money-laundering (AML) controls. Deposits and withdrawals are monitored for suspicious patterns. nusagg reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation at any time. Accounts suspected of involvement in money laundering will be frozen immediately and reported to the relevant financial intelligence authority.
All promotional offers extended by nusagg are issued at our sole discretion. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published alongside the promotion and form an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. Where a specific promotion's terms conflict with these General Bonus Terms, the more restrictive term shall prevail.
Fair Play Clause: nusagg reserves the right to void any bonus, cancel any promotion, and reclaim any winnings where it reasonably determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: exploiting software errors, collusion, bet-splitting to artificially inflate turnover, or any other behaviour designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine play.
Once the applicable wagering requirements have been fulfilled, bonus funds convert into real-money Balance and become withdrawable. If the wagering requirement is not met within the stated validity period, the bonus and all winnings derived from it are forfeited. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly and must first meet wagering requirements.
nusagg may amend, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, particularly where required to comply with regulatory obligations or where abuse is suspected. nusagg will not be liable for any inconvenience or loss arising from such action, except in cases of demonstrable negligence on our part.
All Wagers are placed electronically. A Wager is only accepted once it appears in your Account's bet-slip history and is confirmed as "Accepted" by the Platform. Wagers placed during periods of system maintenance, connection interruption, or where the applicable betting market is closed shall be void and any associated stakes refunded in full.
nusagg takes every reasonable step to ensure that odds, lines, and game information are accurate. However, we do not accept responsibility for manifest errors — including display errors, odds published under an inaccurate event, or odds significantly out of line with the prevailing market. Where an administratively accepted Wager is affected by a manifest error, nusagg reserves the right to void that Wager and refund the stake, without liability for any resultant winnings.
In sports betting, including bandar bola (bookmaking) markets, mix parlay (accumulator) bets, and voor bola (handicap) lines, the following rules apply:
Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) bets settle based on the official draw results published by the applicable pooling authority. nusagg publishes draw times for each pool (e.g., Singapore, Hong Kong, Sydney) and Players may view results on the Platform. Claims regarding draw results must be raised within seven (7) days of the draw; after that, results are considered final.
Live casino games, including Baccarat, Roulette, and Blackjack, follow the rules of the corresponding game variant offered by the live-game provider, plus the platform-specific house rules published in the game information panel. Slot games, including high-RTP slot gacor (slot titles in their active payout phase) games, are governed by the random number generator (RNG) results and paytable published for each title. All game outcomes are independent, random events. nusagg's RNG is independently audited for fairness and compliance.
You agree that you will not, directly or indirectly, engage in any of the following conduct:
Where nusagg identifies any prohibited conduct, we reserve the right to void all affected Wagers, forfeit any related Balance or Bonus Funds, suspend your Account, and permanently exclude you from the Platform.

The nusagg name, the nusagg logo, the brand design, the platform interface, and all associated graphics, text, software, and content are the exclusive intellectual property of nusagg, unless otherwise credited. These are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer, modify, or create derivative works from the Platform or its content, in whole or in part, without nusagg's prior written consent. All third-party trademarks (including the names of sports leagues, game studios, and payment providers) referenced on the Platform remain the property of their respective owners.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, nusagg shall not be liable for any of the following:
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. nusagg's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount of Wagers placed by you in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
nusagg collects, processes, stores, and safeguards your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that Policy. Data processing includes KYC verification, AML monitoring, transaction recording, and responsible gaming assessment. You may exercise your data rights — including access, correction, and deletion — by contacting [email protected].
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which nusagg holds its international operating licence. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be resolved through the dispute-resolution framework established by nusagg's licensing jurisdiction. Players who are residents of Indonesia acknowledge that nusagg operates offshore and that Indonesian courts shall have no exclusive jurisdiction over matters arising from use of the Platform.
Where a dispute cannot be resolved amicably through our support and mediation channels, the parties shall submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of nusagg's licensing jurisdiction.
nusagg reserves the right to amend, update, or otherwise modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, nusagg will notify you by email and/or by posting a notice on the Platform at least fourteen (14) days before the amended terms take effect. Continued use of the Platform after any amended terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of those amended terms. If you do not agree with any amended term, you may close your Account in accordance with Section 3.4.
